Transform Yorkshire is the sub-regional housing and regeneration partnership for South Yorkshire.

It includes the Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder set up in 2003 to tackle the problem of low demand housing and the Green Corridor project emcompassing parts of Wakefield. TSY has invested almost £250 million to revitalise communities and gives the highest priority to design quality.
